If you're having trouble signing in

Can't get into your Whimstay account? Most sign-in issues are quick to sort out. Try these in order.

Check which sign-in method you used

Whimstay accounts can be created with an email address, a mobile number, Google, or Apple. Use the same option you signed up with.

Reset your password

If you used email and you've forgotten your password:

  1. Go to whimstay.com and click Log in.

  2. Enter the email associated with your account.

  3. Click Forgot password?.

  4. Check your inbox (and your spam or junk folder) for the reset link.

The reset link goes to the same email address you signed up with, the one you'd use to log in.

Try a different email

If you're not sure which email you used and the reset email doesn't arrive, try the same flow with another email you might have used. Whimstay will only send a reset link if there's an account on that email.
