Got a question about parking, the pool, pet fees, distance to a location, or whether the property suits your group? Here's how to get it answered.
Start with the listing
The most important section on the property page is Property details. Hosts use it to share specifics that aren't covered elsewhere on the listing — detailed pet info, pool hours and seasonal availability, parking detail, and anything else they want to point out.
A few common questions and where to look:
Pet fees and rules. Toggling the pet option on the property page adds the base pet fee to the price breakdown. For specifics — multi-pet fees, size or breed restrictions — read Property details.
Pool, hot tub, parking, Wi-Fi. The amenities list shows what's offered. Property details often goes deeper (pool hours, seasonal heating, parking specifics), so it's worth reading both.
Check-in and checkout times. Listed under Know before you go → House rules on the property page.
Host's cancellation policy. Shown on the property page so you know your options before you book. Select your dates to see the most specific host cancellation policy information for your stay.
Can't find it? We'll ask the host for you
For anything the listing doesn't cover use the Ask a question button on the property page and we'll get in touch with the host on your behalf.
Once the host gets back to us, we'll relay the answer to you so you have what you need to decide.
After you book
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll have contact info for your host if any questions come up before you check in.
