Plans change and we're here to make it easy! Most changes to your booking start with us, and we coordinate with your host to make them happen.
How booking changes work
For most changes, here's the process:
Reach out to us at help.whimstay.com and tell us what you'd like to change.
We check with your host on availability, pricing, and anything else your request affects.
We confirm any charge with you before moving forward, so you can decide with all the details.
Your host confirms, and we update your booking.
Changes you can request
Start any of these by reaching out to us:
Change your dates. Changing the dates of your booking.
Extend your stay. Extending your stay.
Add a pet. Adding a pet after you've already booked.
Add or remove travelers. Change the number of guests.
Canceling your booking
Canceling is something you can do yourself, from your Bookings page. During the first 24 hours after booking, the cancel option isn't available yet, so reach out and we'll take care of it. Cancel a booking.
What can't change
The name on your booking. Bookings are non-transferable. Can I change the name on my booking?.
The payment method. All completed payments are final on the original payment method.
The property itself. To switch to a different property you must cancel the current booking and book the new one separately.
