If you bought travel protection at checkout (or shortly after) and need to file a claim for a covered cancellation or other event, your claim goes to Generali, the travel protection provider. Whimstay isn't the carrier and can't approve or deny claims.
How to file
You can file a claim with Generali in two ways:
Online: start a new claim at Generali's claims portal
By phone: call Generali at (800) 541-3522, or email [email protected]
Have your policy number (sent via email by Generali after purchasing), your booking dates, and any supporting documentation ready: medical records, delay or cancellation notices, or whatever applies to your situation. A Generali claims representative will be assigned to your claim.
