If you need to take a property off Whimstay, you can unlist it from your host dashboard. Your listing stays in your account so you can re-publish later without starting setup over.
How to unlist a property
Go to Listings in your host dashboard.
Click the three-dot Actions menu next to the property.
Select Unlist listing.
You'll see a confirmation: the property is removed from Whimstay, calendar sync with other platforms stops, and the listing is no longer available for bookings.
Re-publishing later
When you're ready to bring the property back:
Go to Listings and find the unlisted property.
Open the three-dot Actions menu and select Publish listing.
If you've made changes on Airbnb while the listing was unlisted, use the Refresh all listing content button on your dashboard to pull those updates.
Deleting your host account
If you'd like to fully delete your host account, reach out to us and we'll be happy to help. Unlisting is the best and easiest way to take a property offline. Since your listing data stays available, you don't lose anything by unlisting instead.
